TCN stays current on the issues impacting the TriCounty community and develops its programming to address those needs.  Programs include: 

Build Up Youth - leadership development program for youth

CARE - resources and support services for formal and informal caregivers

Environmental Awareness - public awareness campaigns and informational workshops

Family Literacy - educational opportunities and resources for families

Homeless Services - support and resources for area shelters and providers

SAFE - education and awareness program on safe dating and healthy relationships for all ages

Workforce Development - career development opportunities for the unemployed and underemployed
